It can be used as a pretty comprehensive reference manual Very interesting book. It doesn’t really have to be read cover to cover to get the benefit of the information in there. It can be used as a pretty comprehensive reference manual. Great information in there. I have some experience with macro photography, and I found it very helpful in picking up some new ideas. For a complete beginner, however, some parts of it may be a little daunting. The author does try to make it a guide that anyone can use, and to that end is very successful.
