By far my favorite lens! This is my favorite lens andIve used almost every canon L lens under $3000.Its crazy sharp, awesome bokeh, no distortion or vignette that a human being would notice. Fantastic lens – just NOT out of the box fantastic! First Impressions:When I received the product, I was very impressed with the weight, the build quality, the smooth manual focus with just the right amount of resistance to make it easy to be precise. The weight was both impressive and at the same time, a little annoying – but there’s a lot of glass in this lens, and for a 50mm, it’s HUGE.
