Do not buy for 4K recording! First off, this little camera takes very good pictures – the lens is of usual, good quality, optics are quite good considering the size, and the form factor is fantastic. That’s where it ends.For an action-cam, it’s too limited. Abysmal battery life on its own, and no way to extend the battery life while keeping it waterproof. As a remote/perspective cam it’s crippled by the fact that you CAN NOT CONTROL 4K RECORDING OF THIS CAMERA FROM YOUR SMARTPHONE! The “Ctrl f/Smartphone”…
Don’t buy this camera The battery is very bad. You can not record video for more than 10 minutes because camera will be hot. It will be stop automatic, and you can’t start new recording right away until it cool down.
Good concept, but misses the mark for vlogging After some real-life testing, I have concluded that this camera has some major technical issues that greatly affects its usability, particularly for vlogging. Although many of the boxes on the “perfect” vlogging design were checked, there were also some major issues such as the lack of continuous autofocus and some distortion on the 24mm lens (should not happen at this 35mm equivalent focal length).
