Great Heavy-Duty Backdrop Stand – Just what I was looking for! I read through a ton of reviews, looking for the right backdrop stand, specifically looking at the negative reviews, to see what the potential flaws were. So many had comments of being unstable/wobbly, bowing in the middle at full length, and not able to hold anything but a paper background (despite claims of being able to hold 20-30 pounds).There were not a lot of reviews on this, but I really liked the availability of their customer service, the detailed product description, which included the pipe diameters, load amount (a lot I looked at did not specify one or both of these), as well as the price. High-quality backdrop stand for photography/videography! I purchased my first studio kit in the summer of 2016. This included a very cheap photography/videography setup for under $200 which included a stand, multiple backdrops, and lighting (). This kit gave me a lot of joy, and I created many memorable projects with it. However, as the years went by, the equipment started to break down little-by-little. I was surprised to see it last a full 3-years! Whenever I had set up the backdrop stand, I had to be very careful with it. Sometimes the entire backdrop would fall, and the metal stand would completely bend out of place. I would literally need to bend the metal legs back into place to make it stand upright again. In July 2019, during one of my latest shoots, one of the stand legs bent so badly, it was impossible to use from that point on.
