Everyting I expected This lens is razor sharp from corner to corner with no noticeable vignetting. Colors are brilliant. Have not seen any aberrations.I have been tempted to purchase an extra-wide angle lens for quite awhile and wish I’d ordered it sooner. STM focusing is fast and quiet….
Items received did not match description No issues with the lens.However, the package description said it would come with a set of (3) 67mm Polaroid filters – the proper size for the lens. Came with a set of (3) generic brand 58mm filters – useless for this lens.In the photo for the package it clearly shows a typical wide angle lens shade. It came with a shade usable for a telephoto lens, but totally unacceptable for a wide angle as it is visible in the frame at every focal length of this lens. Again, useless…
Great for Real Estate Photography & Capturing Landscapes I am a Realtor and I was looking for a lens in order to photograph homes. This lens is perfect for that! I also travel a lot and wanted a wide angle lens for a future trip to New Zealand. It’s a perfect fit for my Canon T3i and exactly what I was searching for. The quality of the photos is great for my real estate photography and I’m looking forward to trying it out in my travels.
