Finally .. .. a quality lens in this category. It is very well build, feels solid, great grip with a rubberized ring. It is large, but it feels right in my hand with a Sony a 6300. Most important for me: it is extremely sharp, from center to corners. My copy does not show chromatic aberrations on the pictures I took so far, still have to test at high contrast dark/bright motives. Colors and contrast is very nice, not too pale and not too intense. Quit thinking and buy it. This lens is amazing. Without a doubt the best lens for the Sony A6500.Itâs made for APSC cameras (Sony a6000, a6300 and a65000)
This Lens does it all! This is the perfect lens if you want to do it all. Astro Photography with this lens is great. Video is sharp with just the right amount of Bokeh wide open. Low light pictures and video are a snap now on my Sony A6300. One thing to remember is that it’s not an Art lens so your Jpegs will be fine but your RAW files will need to have the lens profile fixes applied to them in post.
