Good Starter kit I purchased this as a gift but I own several Canon products. This is a good starter kit as it provides enough for the person to experiment and learn about photography and the equipment before deciding what els they may need. The person was pleasantly surprised by the amount of things that actually came in the package.

No center contact on hotshoe I like the camera, BUT, Canon pulled a fast one, they removed the center contact on the hotshoe. I can’t use any flash or accessories that I already have with that connection and I have searched for an adapter, so far nothing available. Will probably have to return and get T6 or another model
